Bob Srdoch

Bob SrdochMr. Srdoch is a partner in Newmarket Partners, LLC, specializing in business process improvement, project management, and business systems implementation for the distribution and light manufacturing industries. He has consulted nationally in industries such as electronics, computers, heavy equipment, automotive, steel service centers, cosmetics, and software development.

His primary areas of expertise include business process improvement, business system package selection, project management, order processing and inventory control, warehouse systems integration, and serving as a liaison between business and I/T. On several occasions, he served as the turnaround agent for business system implementations that were poorly defined, over budget, and behind schedule. He has also published several articles on project management and the selection and implementation of business system packages.

Bob has been described as having the rare ability to quickly identify the key problem areas of a system implementation, craft the necessary solutions, and maintain focus on the problems until they are resolved. He has been called upon by numerous companies to stabilize their business system and create an I/T business plan that supports the companies overall strategic plan.

Prior to joining Newmarket Partners, LLC, Mr. Srdoch was the Chief Information Officer for All American Semiconductor, a top 20 industrial electronics distributor. At All American, he was responsible for the formation of the MIS department, selection and implementation of a new business system, and the paperless automation of the central distribution facility. Prior to All American, Mr. Srdoch held senior I/T management positions at major distribution companies and ERP business systems software vendors.
