Mr. Uhrich is a management specialist. His professional focus is operations restructuring, organizational development, and process/cost control improvements. Mr. Uhrich excels at identifying, structuring and implementing high leverage solutions for highly complex problems. He has served business sectors, which include manufacturing, construction, automotive services, retail furniture, wholesale distribution and government.
Serving as an interim COO of a troubled $80 mn. company, Mr. Uhrich quickly reduced operating costs, streamlined procurement transactions, reorganized the operations, implemented new risk management procedures and a new compensation structure.
Mr. Uhrich has experience in conducting fraud investigations and served as an expert witness in fraud examinations. His efforts led to successful dispute resolution that maximized return value for creditors.
Prior to joining Newmarket Partners, Mr. Uhrich, serving as Director of Operations, led a successful restructuring and expansion of the largest national residential home improvement firm. This undertaking included the coordination of sales, operations and training segments to attain the improved outcome.
