Mr. Rudd has experience in a number of businesses (including IT services, manufacturing, distribution, and service) and industries (including technology, automotive, metals, petroleum, housewares, consumer products, hazardous waste, environmental services, and food processing).

With over fifteen years industry experience, Mr. Barton has trained and coached hundreds of IT professionals on best practices for project management and team development. He has consulted in diverse industries including pharmaceutical, software, semiconductor and e-commerce.
As a management consultant he is deeply experienced in evaluating failing projects and programs and instituting effective remediations. He also coaches management teams and leads workshops on how to work through specific organizational and process problems that block them from effectively achieving their objectives regarding software production and release. In addition he has extensive experience in managing and implementing effective offshore development operations.

Over a career of 25 years, Mr. Wylie has worked as a software developer, tester, analyst, project manager and consultant. The last 19 years have been devoted to consulting to mid-sized and Fortune 500 clients in a wide variety of industries with a special focus on telecommunications, wireless communications and delivering business systems into highly complex operational environments. His engagements have included systems strategy, software selection, conversions, retiring applications, business analysis, development, e-commerce, ERPs and business intelligence.
Before joining AretéAS he worked as a senior consultant at Deloitte and as a principal at several boutique firms specializing in technology project management.
Mr. Wylie has a BS from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Northern Arizona University.
Mr. Burke brings a rich background in information technology and product development to AretéAS. His experience spans more than fifteen years working with companies of all sizes, from software startups to members of the Fortune 500. Prior to joining AretéAS, Mr. Burke was a managing consultant with Deloitte where he managed a wide range of IT projects including: systems selection, application development, ERP systems integration, and data warehousing. Eric began his professional career at Northrop Grumman where he developed embedded software for the B2 avionics system and automated pre-flight certification tests for the Air Force.
Mr. Burke holds an Engineering degree from Harvey Mudd College and an MBA from the University of Washington, Foster School of Business.

Ms. Cornwall has twelve years of accounting and business management experience in the private sector. Her areas of expertise include business process definition, cash management, financial analysis, report development and training. As a controller and business consultant her industry experience includes Seed and Grain, Construction Equipment Sales and Rentals, Telemarketing Call Centers, Courtroom Technologies, Healthcare Associations, Car Rentals, Power and Energy Solutions, Laser Manufacturers, Technology Staffing and Professional Services.
She also has five years experience implementing financial and business systems including software selection and configuration, systems integration, data conversion, and financial reporting.
Prior to joining AretéAS, Ms. Cornwall was a systems consultant and project manager for TIS Consulting and before that national sales manager for Titania Golf, a ladies apparel distributor. In addition to serving as a controller in the heavy equipment leasing and professional services industries, she has held various roles in the financial services and banking industries. Ms. Cornwall received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Mr. Young has seventeen years of software engineering experience that includes fulfilling the roles of software engineer, technical project manager, development director, and enterprise and solution architect.
As a consultant at both mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies, he has assessed business systems, technical architectures, software products and software development operations and makes recommendations concerning business impact, business value, risk modeling, and business continuity, as well as purely technical aspects such as code quality and test coverage.
Mr. Young has diverse industry experience including financial services, technology start-ups, packaged-software installations, e-commerce, medical research, and cellular applications.

Ms. Yap has over seventeen years focused on building and leading successful development teams for outsourced projects. She and her teams have delivered successful projects in vertical industries such as mobile data, finance, and property tax management. Her expertise includes 'rescuing' failing projects, managing multiple vendors to deliver large, complex systems, coordinating the efforts of teams distributed across the world, production release operations, and software/system technical evaluation.
