experience as a lender, intermediary, CFO, and workout/bankruptcy
specialist.
- Samuel Hartwell is a general management specialist addressing
a broad range of operational, organizational, and financial issues.
His professional focus is on creating effective strategies and
developing organizations in sales, marketing, operations, and
financial management.
- John Hillyer specializes in identifying and implementing
operating solutions, providing clients with enhanced profitability,
cash flow, and financial leverage. His focus is on effecting change
in organizations, with an emphasis on lean manufacturing, team-based
performance improvement, and other manufacturing/process improvement
